The Second International Congress, “Humanities vs Sciences & the Knowledge Accelerating in Modern World: Parallels and Interaction,” aims to stimulate the development of an international interdisciplinary research cluster at MIPT (the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology) at the intersection of the humanities and social sciences with the natural and technical sciences.
Enabling fruitful collaboration among cultural figures, artists, and scientists within the context of scaling up open cooperation.

KEY CONCEPT

The mission of the congress is to expand the window of opportunity for creative stakeholders interested in transdisciplinary research in the field of art and science, and in developing art and science projects for specialized exhibition spaces, art and research laboratories, and scientific and educational centers.

MISSION

The project is being implemented by MIPT as part of the strategic academic leadership program "Priority 2030".

PROSPECTS

the congress will make it possible to:

establish the reputation of science and technology universities as creators of a renewed knowledge base in the humanities and social sciences, fostered through intellectual and creative collaboration with leading Russian and international institutions in these fields;
renew the Russian intellectual tradition, positioning it as a leader in the international research dialogue on advanced technologies and, more broadly, in generating significant concepts for the development of humanity and society as a whole.
engage a significant number of talented young researchers in an interdisciplinary process focused on shaping a vision for the future in various spheres of human activity;
