Abstract A methodology for diagnosing the defects and forming the foundations for further advising analytics is proposed, which greatly simplifies the choice of the best and economically rational management decisions in the technical operation of buildings, is proposed on the basis of introducing elements of neural network analysis and providing information modeling into expert activities. The authors propose certain provisions and narratives for the intellectualization of technical systems using neural network training for a system for recognizing and diagnosing established defects in technological projects, in particular, building structures, in order to introduce humanitarian principles into technological expertise.
