Classical models of technical creativity theories

Abstract
The report will formulate a range of issues related to the concept of creativity in technical activity. The report is of an overview nature. Classical models are understood as the ontologies of P.K. Engelmeyer and Friedrich Dessauer, respectively, the three-act theory and the theory of formative abilities. The problem of the new in technical activity will be considered in more detail. New refers to a shift in the application of the rule. The rules are understood as the determinants of semiosis in cognitive activity and in technical activity. At the end of the report, the problem of man in the formulation of Friedrich Dessauer will be formulated, that is, as a way to connect the worlds, three types of artificial nature created by man will be identified.
